Payment Policy: For Booking

Kindly deposit 50 % of the total amount as advance and the remaining 50 % amount can be paid on arrival to Gangtok.

• Birth certificate for Children

Cancellation Policy:

• 25% cancellation fee if cancelled before 20 days prior to check-in.
• 50% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 15 days prior to check-in.
• 75% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 10 days prior to check-in.
• 100% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 07 days OR No-Show of check-in.

Specials Notes for Sikkim and Darjeeling.

1:In case of any blockage of road due to natural calamities then we will provide sightseeing to near by places.

2: In case of break down of vehicle, we will provide another vehicle of same categories and it may take some time.

3: As North sikkim, East Sikkim , Nathula Pass  is Restricted are so Sikkim Government has full right to change or amend any rule and regulation any time without prior notification.

4: Please carry a valid Indian identity card other than adhar card to get ILP.

5: For any kind of cancellation / amendment in trip will be applicable as per our company policy and its chargeable.

6: AC will not work in Hilly Areas.

7: One Vehicle is not permitted for all route as per the rule and regulation of Sikkim and Darjeeling Tourism board.
